I have taken most of my inspiration from artists such as Garth Brooks, Meat Loaf, Bon Jovi, Tim McGraw and others.

I love a song that tells a story, tragic or otherwise.

Most of my lyrics try to tell a story and will mean something to most people. Some are just plain romantic.

I have a variety of break up, survival, romantic and betrayal songs. Most people can relate to these things and I hope you do too.

I am 40 years old (so no spring chicken) but have been writing for many years. Late 2007 and 2008 saw me motivated to write and write and write and I simply haven't stopped.

As well as songs I am also working on a big screen musical (which has been sent off to a film producer) and I am working on several children's books also.

I also write poetry and am inspired by the rhythm, meter and rhyme of words.

Of late, I have realised that my work is as good as any out there and I have decided to start to push myself forward to make something of it.

I live in the United Kingdom, England to be precise, with my partner and her daughter (who has adopted me as her dad). I also have a wonderful daughter of my own from a previous relationship.

Unfortunately, I am no musician ....... Well to tell the truth, I'm a very bad one! So I need a good musician, preferably an excellent one, to work with me and my lyrics.

I can hold a tune but I certainly won't be the next X Factor finalist!
